Delete Your Account

You can delete your JamHub account at any time. Here's how, and what happens when you do.

How to delete your account

In the app, open Profile → Delete account and confirm. Your account is deactivated and signed out immediately, and it stops appearing anywhere in JamHub.

Can't access the app? Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll deactivate it for you.

What happens to your data

Deactivating closes your account and hides it from the app. If you also want your personal data and content permanently erased, email [email protected] and we'll handle it within 30 days. That erasure covers:

• Your account info — name and email.
• Your content — jams, songs, setlists, and schedules you created.
• Your device data — push notification tokens.

Basic server logs may persist a little longer for security and then age out.
