Privacy Policy
Effective June 11, 2026
JamHub helps people find each other and play music together. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short on purpose.
What we collect
- Account info — your name and email address.
- Your content — the jams, songs, setlists, and schedules you create or join.
- Device data — push notification tokens and your platform (iOS or Android), so we can deliver notifications.
- Basic server logs — standard request logs we use to keep the service running and secure.
Why we use it
To provide the service and to send you notifications about jam activity — invitations, schedule changes, and what's happening in the communities you're part of. That's it.
Who processes it
We rely on a few service providers to run JamHub. They process data only to provide their part of the service:
- Fly.io — application hosting and database.
- Expo — push notification delivery.
- Google FCM and Apple APNs — push notification transport to your device.
What we don't do
No ads. We don't sell your personal data. We don't track you across other apps or websites.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. You can deactivate your account at any time, and request permanent erasure — see our account deletion page for how it works.
Children
JamHub is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
